Timothy A. Hughes
Alabama trial attorney Timothy Hughes was born in Mobile, Alabama in August of 1963, and has made this great state his home ever since. Mr. Hughes graduated from the University of Alabama in Huntsville with a B.S. and B.A., double majoring in management and marketing with minors in accounting and finance. The law has always been his first love and passion.
He attended the Birmingham School of Law and was a member of the Sigma Delta Kappa honorary society and graduated in the top tier of his class. Mr. Hughes was first licensed to practice in Alabama in 1991, and for the last 18 years has been an aggressive and compassionate advocate for victims of negligence and corporate greed.
Timothy Hughes is an accomplished trial attorney and no stranger to the courtroom. He believes that as an attorney you must be ready and willing to take a case to trial when the at-fault party refuses to offer adequate compensation.
This attitude has allowed Mr. Hughes to obtain class actions settlements in the multimillion dollar range and to achieve awards in excess of one million dollars in a wrongful death action. His extensive experience has included the successful representation of clients with a wide range of personal injury claims including automobile and pharmaceutical cases. In addition to being licensed in the Alabama state courts, Mr. Hughes is licensed to practice before the United States District Court for the Northern District of Alabama as well as the Untied States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.
